You will have 7 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us that you want to return the item. This means if your item was delivered e.g. on the 5th of the month, you have till the 12th to initiate a return. If the item you wish to return meets the criteria mentioned below, your return can be initiated by calling our helpline at (051)-2344434.
Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:
- Check if your product meets all requirements
- Call our helpline and request a return
- Initiate the process by writing us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Pack item/s and ship at our mailing address
- Your returned item will be Quality Checked
- If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item
What are the conditions for returning an item and what is the procedure?
We provide a hassle free return policy to our valued customers within 7 days of order delivery. Kindly refer to the requirements stated in the chart below for returns policy.

3.Attach supporting images and videos of flyer opening and item unboxing to support return claim.
4. Pack the item and ship at our mailing address.

• Item must include all packaging and accessories(including warranty cards, manuals , certificates of authenticity, tags, etc)
For products without any brand warranty with manufacturing defects are eligible for a refund or replacement, while any manufacturing defects in products with brand or official warranty are subject to warranty claims only. If the product is repairable as per the warranty policy by the brand manufacturer or warranty provider, it will be repaired and returned to the customer. If the claim is not covered by the warranty i.e. accidental damage, no refund will be entertained. If the product is beyond repair and if the brand manufacturer or warranty provider offers a new and fresh replacement, we give an option for either a full refund or the new and fresh product replacement at the sole customer’s discretion.
We urge our customers to make package opening and unboxing videos to support claims of any damaged and/or defective products for a successful refund claim!
Kindly note no refunds will be entertained after the lapse of 7 days since order delivery. However, in cases of products with brand warranty, our team can assist in claiming warranty on your behalf from the brand manufacturer or warranty provider, if requested.
How to Request a Return?
You can request to initiate a return by contacting our helpline at (051)-2344434 or firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that your product is eligible for return.
Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Flyer opening and item unboxing video/s and images as supporting evidence.
- Any other information related to returning the order.
If my returned product is not validated for return, how am I informed?
If your return does not meet the Quality Check criteria, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
Note: We will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. Please make sure to be available for a scheduled delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your product unless you received an incorrect item or a damaged item during transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over Rs. 10,000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor will you hold us liable in any manner for any misplaced returns.
